Governing Law, Venue and Jurisdiction
You agree that the Site is solely based in Colorado, that the Site is a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Candelas, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Colorado. The laws of the state of Colorado will govern any claims relating to this Site or the content therein, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
